Diet refers to your eating behavior/lifestyle but now it refers to the food/amount of food that helps you lose weight

Quick Fitness Tips

• If you want quicker results you should probably try gaining more muscle/strength before for you actually try to lose the weight. More muscle helps to burn more calories then take the fat off.
• to gain muscle you DO NOT need heavy equipment. Light weight or a rubber band can get you just as good results.
• compound exercises are good for working more that one muscle at a time. Ex. legs & arms; stand up & and curl
• educate yourself when it come to eating right. Trendy diets are not what they seem. And remember its okay to eat junk food once in a while, it’s all about moderation.
• don’t be discouraged about your weight, your weight is in your circle of control and it is up to you to change yourself. Others may say sh*t about but staying positive and determined is important.
